The book of the Canadian War Museum’s War Games exhibition has arrived,
so I have crossposted on my ‘fully colour illustrated’ Man Of TIN Blog Two post a sort of book review:
The exhibition and book features some interesting Canadian examples about wargaming and video gaming including examples from indigenous, female and other under-represented groups around the gaming table or console.
For naval gamers there is some coverage of the Western Approaches Tactical Unit WATU In WW2, including one of the WATU colourful ship pieces.
The exhibition book includes a picture of some of H.G. Wells’ own toy soldiers and gun from his Little Wars 1913 book and games.
